As a Health Coach I’d like to help you reach your health goals. I have experience in reducing inflammation in the body, aging well, rediscovering your passions, (peri) menopause and finding time to press pause in busy lives.
You will become more focussed, free and happier and work towards living in alignment with your soul’s purpose.
With a holistic and naturopathic approach I guide you on nutrition, exercise and many other elements in your daily routine that can contribute to improving your health and wellbeing.
I also have plenty of tips to create healthy simple meals for yourself and/or your family.
I have a good network of nutritionists, naturopathic doctors, gps, osteopaths, chiropractors and other contacts that might be able to support your healing journey if you are in need of more than my guidance.
