Live and Online Yoga Classes
I offer a mindful vinyasa practise, with emphasis on proper alignment so energy can flow freely. I am influenced by a variety of teachings like pregnancy yoga, hot yoga, Jivamukti, Iyengar, hatha, ashtanga and vinyasa yoga. My 200 hr teacher training was with my first and foremost teacher Jeff Phenix at YogaWest. In 2016 I did a yin yoga (longer holds, working with meridians) intensive with Sarah Powers.
I am enjoying the journey as a student and as a teacher and love sharing the practise that has contributed so much in my own growth and wellbeing.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness and yoga go hand in hand and meditation helps strengthen one’s ability to quieten the mind and tap into different layers of consciousness.
Meditation enables clients to reduce their stress levels and increase their focus and overall wellbeing.
I teach meditation in a corporate or private setting and very much enjoy sharing the benefits of living from a heart based consciousness as opposed to purely being guided by thoughts and emotions.
